GOOD WINE GETS OVERLOOKED
SO DO GOOD CATS
WE GIVE BOTH A
SECOND CHANCE.
Château Gato finds exceptional California wines that have been overlooked and gives them a new life while using every bottle to support cat rescue.
DRINK WINE. SAVE CATS.
Every collection is unique, produced only once, and is retired forever when it sells out. No two rescues are the same, just like our feline friends.

RESCUE #1
Hidden gems deserve to be discovered
Meowsling
Why it was rescued:
Overlooked
This 2021 Riesling was a small lot left without a plan as the winery moved on to future vintages. We saw something special, gave it a new home and are proud to share it as Meowsling.

Pinot Meow
Why it was rescued:
Didn’t fit the blend.
This 2022 Los Carneros Pinot Noir was a beautiful standalone lot that no longer fit the winery’s current program. Rather than let an exceptional wine go unnoticed, we gave it a second chance as Pinot Meow.

*Shipping only offered in CA.Before Château Gato ever took a profit, we made a promise: our first $10,000 would go directly to We Care Animal Rescue in St. Helena, California. With our first release, we reached that $10,000 commitment.
We chose to start with one local shelter because we believe real impact starts close to home. Rather than simply writing a check, we want to know the organizations we support, share their stories, host events together, and help connect more cats with the people who will love them.
What $10,000 can provide:
1 month of medical care for every animal in the shelter
40 spay and neuter procedures
20,833 meals
We started with We Care, but we’re not stopping there. As Château Gato grows, we want to partner with more shelters, support more rescues, and help more cats find their second chance.
Every bottle supports that mission.
DRINK WINE. SAVE CATS.
$10,000 was the first milestone
Not the finish line.
